MP blames riverbed project failure for Bintulu flooding

BINTULU, Jan 30 — Bintulu MP Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing has attributed the severe flooding that affected several areas in Bintulu to flaws in the drainage system and the failure to implement the Sungai Sibiew riverbed project.
